Everything this site does with personal information fits in one table. The prose after it explains the table; it does not add to it.

Who is behind the table
Tyler MacLeod, an individual rather than a company, at 1701 Hollis St, Halifax, NS B3J 3M8, Canada, reachable at [email protected]. He wrote the pages, holds the hosting account and reads the mail; there is nobody else with access to any of it.
Nova Scotia has no private-sector privacy statute of general application, so the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act is the operative law here, together with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.
Notes on the rows
The first row is not a choice. A web server writes a line before any person is involved, containing the requesting IP address, the browser’s user-agent string, the path, a timestamp and the response code. Those lines are consulted when a page fails or when traffic looks automated, and they are never aggregated, never combined with anything else and never used to work out who a reader is.
The second and third are yours to start. Nothing on this domain asks for your details: there is no form here at all, no sign-up, no comment box, no upload. An order for the Settling Board Workbook adds only the reference a bank attaches to an Interac e-Transfer — no card number, expiry date or security code is ever seen by this site or by Tyler MacLeod, because a transfer runs between your bank and his and there is no payment page on this domain into which card details could be typed.

What is absent, and why the table is that short
There is no analytics platform on this site, no tag manager, no advertising or remarketing tag, no session recorder, no heatmap, no embedded third-party content and no externally hosted font. Every file the browser requests is served from bonanzplaya.com, which means no outside company is ever placed in a position to observe a visit — and it is the reason the table has four rows rather than fifteen.
Nothing in the table is sold, rented, traded or disclosed to advertisers or data brokers. Under CASL no commercial electronic message is sent from this address: there is no mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from, and a reply to your own email is not a marketing message. The hosting and email providers are the only third parties involved at any point; both may operate infrastructure outside Nova Scotia and outside Canada, and where they do they are contractually bound to protections comparable to those required here.
What you can require, and where to complain
Under PIPEDA you may ask whether personal information about you is held here and receive a copy of it, ask for correction of anything inaccurate or incomplete, withdraw a consent previously given, and have your correspondence deleted — including well before the twenty-four month point. Write to [email protected] and say which. A first reply usually arrives within a couple of business days and the request itself is completed inside thirty days.
If the outcome does not satisfy you, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada accepts complaints about federally regulated handling of personal information directly, and does not require you to have raised the matter here first.
Pages on this site link to store listings for the applications they discuss; those platforms run under their own privacy policies, and this document stops applying the moment you follow a link away. If the site changes in a way that affects the table above, this page is rewritten and its date moves with it.
