BonanzPlaya is about a single change: giving a match board weight. In writing about the genre it is usually treated as decoration, and it is not decoration at all — it decides where every piece ends up and therefore what your next move can be. The site is what happened when that was taken seriously.
Tyler MacLeod writes it, in Halifax, on his own. No team, no testers, no plan to turn it into a network of sites.

Reply times
Usually a couple of business days, written by the person who wrote the pages. Anything arriving over a weekend or a Nova Scotia statutory holiday waits for the next working day, so a Friday evening message is normally answered on Monday or Tuesday. If a week passes in silence, the message almost certainly did not arrive — send it again rather than conclude it was ignored.

Ordering the Settling Board Workbook, asking what is in it before buying, or asking for a copy to be sent again because the original was lost.

Access to whatever is held about you, correction of anything inaccurate, withdrawal of a consent, or deletion of your correspondence. All four are honoured without argument.

Billing, refunds, lost saves and crashes are handled entirely by the store and the developer. Nothing on this site touches those systems, so a message here cannot be forwarded anywhere useful. Their own support channels are the only route, and going there first genuinely saves time.
